Marvel Contest of Champions PC Release Set for 2025—What to Expect

Mobile hit Marvel Contest of Champions is headed to PC in 2025 and you can register now to get unlockable exclusive rewards when the game releases.

Kabam (also known for Disney Mirrorverse and Transformers: Forged to Fight) promises a classic classic arcade experience, modern combat game style, new optimized interface for PC, and graphics in full HD at 60 FPS (frames per second, a measure of how smooth the visuals are).

Better yet, you can play across PC and mobile, as long as you sign in, giving you access to more than 300 champion characters to collect and level up. New events and stories come out every month on mobile, and that will hold true for the PC version as well.

If you're playing on mobile, you can still grab all the April updates available, with cool stuff like a Spider-Woman character, a new Lumatrix character, Black Widow's Spy Games, a Thunderbolt's Daily Event, a slew of special Deadpool-themed rewards, and more.

Marvel Contest of Champions is a free-to-play mobile fighting game developed by Kabam that first launched in December 2014. Set in the Marvel Universe, the game lets you take control of iconic heroes and villains—like Spider-Man, Wolverine, Black Panther, and Thanos—and fight through story-driven quests, PvP arenas, and other special events.

All the cool stuff from the mobile game, but on PC

Gameplay centers around fast-paced, touch-controlled combat and strategic team-building. You'll collect and rank up "Champions," each with their own unique abilities and class advantages. With over 300 characters available and more added monthly, the game stays fresh with rotating events, limited-time storylines, and themed updates tied to major Marvel milestones.

Beyond its impressive roster, Contest of Champions has built a reputation for deep mechanics, a vibrant competitive scene, and regular live service support. Cross-play, alliance-based raids, and custom loadouts give players flexibility to engage casually or climb the competitive ranks.
