Marty McKenna claims he still hasn't been paid for his Fame MMA fight and it's ruined his holiday

Geordie Shore star Marty McKenna has launched a furious tirade against the team behind Fame MMA after claiming that he still hasn't been paid for taking part in the event.

The 25-year-old added that Fame MMA's failure to pay him what he's owed has left him massively out of pocket and forced him to abandon his trip to Australia earlier than planned to return home.

Newcastle lad Marty, who has also appeared on Ex on The Beach, took on Sam Gowland in the celebrity fight night at Newcastle's Utilita Arena on December 14 and was beaten by Teessider Sam.

In the run up to the bout, Marty bravely opened up about the difficult few years he'd had following the death of three family members and said that training for the fight had really helped him.

But now he's been left upset and angry and still not being paid the money he was promised.

Marty posted a screen grab of a snap from his Instagram story which read "Absolute f*****g madness this like! Having to come home from Australia because Fame MMA decided they're just not paying us for our fight.

"After the year I've had, all I wanted was a nice trip away and now can't have that and now can't have that because of these robbing b******s! Lost 3 grand on flights and air bnbs just to get here and have to come home coz they couldn't pay the money they owe me. F*****g absolute c****."

He captioned the post "Fame MMA you should be very ashamed and karma is Gna kick yous straight in the d*** u horrible c****."

ChronicleLive contacted Fame MMA for comment and they have yet to respond.
