Gary Neville and Martin Tyler perfectly depicted Liverpool's sublime counter-attack which saw Mohamed Salah put the Reds in control against West Ham United.
Salah lashed home a sublime opener with a curling left-footed striker before rounding off the move of the game to give Liverpool a two-goal lead.
The ball was cleared by Andrew Robertson to Trent Alexander-Arnold from a West Ham corner, who slung a 60-yard pass into the feet of Xherdan Shaqiri. The Swiss international then crossed for Salah, who killed the ball dead with his right foot before deftly stroking the ball past Lukas Fabianski with his left, all in 14 breathtaking seconds.
Gini Wijnaldum scored a third for Jurgen Klopp's men before Craig Dawson pulled back a consolation goal for the hosts.
However, all the focus was on Salah and his expert control, allowing him finish off a classic, sweeping Liverpool break.
“What an attack, what a goal! You couldn’t get a more clinical counter-attack than that and it might just have put the game to bed for Liverpool," Tyler said as the action unfolded at the London Stadium.
"Mo Salah follows the first with the second but the build-up was stupendous and Xherdan Shaqiri played a huge part in that.”
Neville soon joined in the Liverpool praise, acting as co-commentator: “It’s an absolutely amazing goal, this. The quality, I have to say the minute West Ham don’t sustain the attack, they’re in real trouble because Shaqiri is breaking down that left-hand side and he has got a pass in him.
“The pass is brilliant, but this bit is really special. The touch, right foot, left foot - devastating from Mo Salah. I said he was back to his best, he was brilliant against Spurs, but didn’t get his goals but today he has. He’s won Liverpool this match with a really special finish.
"This is what Liverpool have been doing under Jurgen Klopp for three years. The passing and the precision. The pass is one thing but the touch and the goal is incredible."
The win moves Liverpool up to third in the Premier League table, four points behind Manchester City, although Pep Guardiola's side still have a game in hand.
