Inside Martin O'Neill's masterful tactical gamble that won Celtic the title
"He knows how to calm us down and get us ready for games. He knows when to really get onto us and when to lift the mood. He knows what he’s doing, he’s one of the best at his job, and he’s amazing.
On O'Neill's future, Osmand continued, "Ultimately, that’s not up to me; that’s in Martin’s hands. He’s been amazing for us. You can’t understate what he’s done for the club; he’s pulled us out, saved us, and won us the title. It’s in his hands. He’s fantastic, and it’s up to him.
"One hundred per cent [he deserves a statue]. I’ll be there, I’ll build it myself. I’ll be carving that at home. He’s fantastic."
