Martin Odegaard's reaction to Emile Smith Rowe scoring Arsenal's second at home to West Ham on Wednesday night has not gone unnoticed with plenty of Gunners supporters.
The former Real Madrid talent has been the man in-form of late for Mikel Arteta's side, scoring three goals in his last three games going into the clash with David Moyes' side.
While he failed to keep that impressive run of goal-scoring form going against the Hammers, Odegaard enjoyed another stellar night's work as he linked up with Bukayo Saka to create a number of chances throughout the first-half as Arsenal ramped up the pressure.
Just after the hour mark, with Arsenal already 1-0 up courtesy of Gabriel Martinelli's delightful Thierry Henry -style finish, Odegaard's evening was brought to a premature end after he was hauled off in place of Smith Rowe.

Around 20 minutes later, after West Ham were reduced to 10 men following Vladimir Coufal's red card and Arsenal missed a penalty, Smith Rowe made sure the Gunners came away with the win.
The strike marked the England international's sixth league goal of the season, his left-footed effort going through the legs of Issa Diop and beyond the helpless Lukasz Fabianski.
While the majority of those on the Arsenal bench looked overjoyed that their grip on the three-points had been tightened, cameras spotted Odegaard looking notably glum.
The Norway skipper has very little reason to be, given he has contributed with four goals himself this season, but he did not appear to share the excitement of Mikel Arteta and the Arsenal bench although he did applaud the goal.
Though Odegaard's apparent frustration may be a cause for concern among the Arsenal faithful, what matters most is the victory, mainly because it has put the Gunners fourth in the table; leapfrogging West Ham in the process.
A trip to Elland Road to face a Leeds side still hurting from their 7-0 humiliation at the hands of Man City on Tuesday lies in wait for Arteta's Arsenal on Saturday evening.

A near faultless home record, Arsenal's issues have reared their head while on their travels, something fellow Gunners midfielder Granit Xhaka has admitted the side need to stamp out as soon as possible.
"We are looking much much better at home but if you want to be in the top four you have to win and you have to also take the points away from home," the Swiss international told Stadium Astro.
"Hopefully this can start against Saturday against Leeds. But yes, we have to improve away we have to be more clever, more solid.
"We can’t play every time the same game at home and away. We have to be more clever and start from the experienced players to the young guys."
