Martin Lewis has issued an urgent gift card warning for Christmas following Arcadia's collapse.
Shoppers with gift cards for Sir Philip Green's collapsed Topshop retail empire have been told they can only use them for half of the value of their order.
Customers have been left unable to use gift cards online due to a technical issue since Arcadia Group plunged into administration on Monday.

Now the firm's administrators Deloitte have confirmed that gift cards can only be used to cover 50% of the price of their purchase.
This would mean that someone with a £20 gift card would have to spend £40 to use it in full.
The group is working to resolve the system issue to allow gift cards to be spent online, but shoppers are able to use them in stores in the meantime.
On his money-saving ITV show, a viewer got in touch with Martin to say she'd bought a family member a £50 Topshop gift card for Christmas.
She asked if there was any way she could get her money back - but unfortunately, Martin had bad news for her.
The Money Saving Expert founder explained in this case, she would not be able to get a refund.

He urged her and anyone else with vouchers for Arcadia stores to use them as quickly as possible.
Martin added that anyone looking at buying Christmas gifts this year should avoid buying gift cards.
He said: "If a company goes into administration, those gift cards are worth nothing."
