In the MSE newsletter, there is a list of more than 30 supermarket coupons which is updated weekly, and Martin Lewis said when "used the right way, they can net you total freebies".

The 20 teabag box normally costs £2.50. The voucher is valid at participating Co-op stores only, not online.

In any supermarket, there is free £2 Lindt Excellence 100g chocolate bar available through MSE's "blagged" code via cashback app Shopmium, which gives you the cashback after you've purchased a product from any store.

Once you've signed up for Shopmium, you'll need to enter the code MSE in the app, which will allow you to access the offer. It'll be added to your account automatically.

At Asda, Co-Op or Sainsbury's, there's also free oat milk available.

Shoppers can get a free 1L carton of Jord oat milk, worth £1.80, also via the Shopmium app.
