Martin Lewis reveals Amazon trick which could save you hundreds

Martin Lewis has revealed how you could save hundreds on Amazon goods by checking a hidden area of the site.

The Amazon Warehouse section of the website reveals hundreds of returned products which are then deemed safe, good quality and available for resale at discounted price by Amazon.

Appearing on his show on Thursday evening, the MoneySavingExpert himself showed how you can find the 'hidden' section, which can be seen in the video above.

Martin Lewis reveals his bargain buying tip - Shop on Amazon Warehouse to find returned items being resold at a discount price (Martin Lewis Money Show | ITV)

Martin revealed by changing the drop down menu in the Amazon search box to 'Amazon Warehouse', you will be searching the depot which has returned items such as coffee machines and even laptops at discounted price.

"This is where all it's returned items go.", he told his ITV viewers, "So you know when you return something we've bought, yep, we've all done it.

"The box is a bit battered, the product is good, it will tell you the quality of the product, it's in there with a discount."

Martin then went on to reveal some of the products he thought were good buys:

"£30 off a Nespresso machine I spotted and £250 off a HP laptop."

Martin did follow up with a warning about an Amazon algorithm which could lead you a stray from the best deal:

"Now, beware, at the top they just put their best offer ads, which aren't the returns."

He then added: "You still get the Amazon 30-day returns policy, which is better than your statutory rights, a little bit fun, worth checking out the warehouse.

"And that's the bargain buys on there!"

Martin Lewis' Money Show continues next Thursday at 8:30pm on ITV.
