Martin Lewis oblivious as he mistakenly 'swears' live on This Morning

Martin Lewis was completely oblivious to the fact he swore live on This Morning.

The Money Saving Expert was back on the ITV show with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on Thursday.

Martin was on hand to help more viewers with their money woes including Dawn who phoned in who believes she may have been scammed when renewing her driving licence online.

Dawn, who is over 70, said when she got to the payment page of her renewal, she paid £14 but £93 was taken from her accont.

Martin appeared less than impressed by Dawn's story and said he sees those kinds of websites for other documentation including passports and visas.

"What happens is they advertise on search engines and they're at the top," the 48-year-old explained.

"Let me just say very clearly to everybody, when you're doing a search, if it says 'AD' at the top, look for the 'AD' at the top and it's an advert.

Phillip and Holly were a little red-faced (ITV)

"That doesn't mean it's there because it is the right thing for you. They pay to be there."

He added: "Have you been scammed? Legally, probably not. Morally, almost certainly in my view."

Martin then went on to swear unintentionally as he said: "I think these s***es are outrageous. That's why I call them s****sters.

"That's not a swear word by the way," he added as Holly and Phil giggled in the studio while Phillip muttered under his breath.

"What's that?" Martin responded.

"Don't worry, roll it back," Phillip said as Martin appeared sheepish.
