Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis has divided opinion with a tweet about the Government's latest voucher scheme proposal.
Posting on the social media platform, the finance journalist explained how Boris Johnson wants to bring in a voucher scheme which will help to combat obesity.
Posting on Twitter, he wrote: "I read this morning the PM wants to introduce vouchers to help with the UK obesity (thus covid) problem. I wonder if they'll call it 'Don't eat out to help out?'"
"Very harsh on the hospitality sector Martin," replied one disgruntled Twitter user.
Martin swiftly replied, ensuring him that the tweet is, in fact, a joke.
He explained: "It's a joke about the inconsistency of government messaging rather than anything to do with the hospitality sector."
Others were quick to make their own judgements of the idea.
One person wrote: "If he wants to help, make healthy food more affordable. That would be a good start..."

"What about GLAM OUT TO HELP OUT. Salons have had NO additional grants when "open" no grants to support restrictions like hospitality, NO vat cuts. No takeaway hair cuts, no glam out to help out. NO voice in parliament for "personal care" #saveoursalons @Salon_Owners," said one person.
"They should do a scheme to help people with gym memberships. In turn help independent gyms like myself after the year we’ve had," suggested another.
A third person said: "Waiting for govt to announce a 'play out to help out' scheme for summer hols. Subsidised tickets for attractions, zoos, theatres, play centers, swimming pools, theme parks, farm parks & all those venues decimated by Covid. It'd help business & families stuck inside for a year."
