Martin Lewis has offered yet another money-saving tip - this time to Boots shoppers.
The Money Saving Expert founder came up with the suggestion in response to a query on Twitter, reports Manchester Evening News.
Mr Lewis said savvy customers could purchase the No.7 advent calendar for £42 - and then give out its £160 in contents as Christmas presents.
While shoppers pointed out that clubcard points cannot be put towards Boots products - they can only be used to cover the entire cost - the advent calendar tip will no doubt still prove attractive to many.
In purchasing the calendar, which went on sale on Wednesday, people will save £118 on gifts.
