Martin Keown makes Premier League top four prediction - and it's bad news for Man Utd

Martin Keown is convinced Manchester United are going to miss out on finishing in the top four of the Premier League because their fixtures are too tough.

Instead, Keown believes his former club Arsenal are going to swoop in and take the final top-four spot ahead of Chelsea and United - with Tottenham finishing third - because they have a much easier run.

From here until May Manchester United have to face title-challengers Man City as well as top-four rivals Chelsea.

Arsenal on the other hand face a number of mid-table teams who are neither fighting to finish in the top four nor against relegation, like Crystal Palace, Watford and Wolves.

And Keown believes this favours Arsenal greatly.

"I think they're [Manchester United just going to miss out, said Keown.

"Arsenal, you may expect me to say that, but I've gone through the fixtures and I just think they're just too tough for Man United.

"When you look at these games they've got play City I think that will be a draw I don't think they can win that one for me it's not going to happen.

"Seventy five points I think they'll get, same as Arsenal but they'll finish above on goal difference."
