Martin Compston hangs out with Rod Stewart as Celtic fanatics meet up after Las Vegas gig

Martin Compston met up with fellow Celtic fanatic Rod Stewart after a gig at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

The Line of Duty star went to see the final night of the legendary rocker's show entitled ‘The Hits’, at the iconic Colosseum.

The 37-year-old Las Vegas local shared a snap to social media with the Maggie May singer's arm around his shoulder, with pal Gianni Capaldi also present.

The caption read: “The legend @sirrodstewart.

“What a man what a gig @caesarspalace.”

The photo may have marked the final performance of 'The Hits' show, but fans don't need to wait long to hear more music from the singer as he is set to release new album next month.

The 76-year-old musician is releasing his latest studio album the Tears of Hercules on November 12.
