Martin Compston says he is chuffed to bits after receiving his latest award for Line of Duty.
The programme scored a hat trick of gongs at the TV Times Awards today.
It took the Best Drama Award and Line of Duty talent Vicky McClure won best actress while Martin won the trophy for best actor.
He said: "Chuffed to bits with this! I want to say a massive thankyou to TV Times for the nomoination and thank you to every body who took time to vote for myself @Vicky_McClure and the show x."
Martin has recently been filming with BBC Scotland for shows due to air over the festive period and will be appearing on the small screen with Jackie Bird in Scotland's People 2021.
Bird will hit the road to find and thank the country's local heroes, including Martin, Gary Lineker and Mark Bonnar.
