The job drive follows a year of growth for Martec which CEO Tracey Marson puts down to the one-to-one support the company offers, as well as a nurturing environment and SEND provision.

Tracey said: "We've massively expanded our SEND courses and it's been brilliant supporting so many young people as they work towards achieving the correct qualifications for their chosen career.

"The fact that we teach in a more nurturing environment with smaller class sizes is very appealing for a number of reasons. Obviously, there’s the Covid-19 factor but it’s also preferable to many people who don’t want to be in a larger learning facility. We have great connections with our students and it’s incredibly fulfilling."

The positions available are for immediate start and Martec will put candidates through a teacher training qualification.
