Marshawn Lynch gave some phenomenal advice to young players after Sunday’s loss

Marshawn Lynch doesn’t normally like to speak with the media, as we all know by now.

But after Sunday’s playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers, Beast Mode took some time to talk at the podium and he took that time to give out some advice to younger players in the league.

Lynch, who rushed for two touchdowns against the Packers (bringing his total to 4 TDs since his return in Week 17), also shared a special moment with Aaron Rodgers following the game.

But this meeting with the media was pretty great as he told young players to take care of their money, their minds, and their bodies:

"Take care of y'all bread, so when y'all done, you can go ahead and take care of yourself."
