Married at First Sight UK viewers were a little stunned over scenes on Wednesday night, as the honeymoon period appeared to be over for one couple.
Nikita and Ant were left rowing shortly into their marriage, as Nikita screamed and sweared at her new husband over her apparent banter.
In fact they had only just arrived for their honeymoon in Mexico, when the pair began bickering by the pool.
It all soon escalated as Nikita stormed off, before picking things back up with Ant in their hotel room.
Nikita kept asking Ant for compliments about her appearance, which left him uncomfortable.
She claimed it was all banter, while Ant suggested it may stem from insecurities about the way she looks - also suggesting it wasn't really her being funny.
He thought she was being serious and also found it all a bit annoying, asking her to halt the constant remarks.
Nikita took offence, suggesting he was saying that she wasn't being genuine and she soon grew fed up of him not believing her claims too.
It wasn't long before she began dropping expletives at him, calling him a "little freak" and telling him to sort his eyebrows out.
Following this was her calling him a "f***ing creep", telling him to "shut the f**k up" as he hit back at her for losing it.
She believed he was the one lying, with him saying she was his type on their wedding day only to suggest otherwise days later.
Nikita encouraged him to be open with her, with him firing back: "You want me to be open and honest as long as it suits you what the answer is."
They were soon squabbling over who "wanted followers" and who wasn't there for the romance, and suddenly Nikita got out of her seat and threw a drink can at her husband.
She continued to swear at him before telling the crew to separate them, refusing to share a bed with him.
Viewers were left awkward over the scenes, but the next day things appeared to be sorted out.
After an open chat, the pair agreed they needed to make some changes for their romance and marriage to work.
The pair discussed their lives away from the show, but will it be enough to keep things from hitting the rocks again?
Ant seemed to have the backing of viewers over the drama, with many unhappy with his wife's behaviour.
