Married At First Sight UK star Matt Murray has confirmed his new relationship with another alumni of the show, Marilyse Corrigan. Marilyse appeared on the 2021 series but her marriage to Franky Spencer didn't last long.
Meanwhile Matt featured on the 2022 season and was at the centre of dramatic scenes when he chose to end his marriage with Gemma Rose after realising he had feelings for another contestant, Whitney Hughes. The 32-year-old barber and PA Whitney, 31, both left their partners and departed the show together, before later returning as a dating couple after permission was granted by the experts, The Mirror reports.
They dropped the L-bomb after just a week of dating, but in the end their romance wasn't to last either, as it was revealed they had split as they reunited with the cast. When they spoke to the experts they left the door open to the potential that their relationship could reignite, but it was the end of their time on the show, with Matt leaving after his couch session with Whitney.

Since the end of the series, Matt has jetted off to Turkey with personal trainer Marilyse, 38, leading to rumours that the pair had struck up a romance. They initially denied they were together, but have since confirmed their relationship with a sweet Instagram post, after previously saying they were not in a "wife swap".
In one post, Marilyse was seen cuddling up to Matt as he gazed longingly at her. She captioned the picture: "Happpy!", and Matt shared it to his Story, simply writing: "This."
Marilyse previously defended Matt after the end of his relationship with Gemma during a heated dinner party. She told the Mirror : " I know he's not coming across great on the TV but I do really like him. I think he's got a soft side and is very to down to earth and he's a Yorkshire guy as well!"
On last year's series, Marilyse was paired with Franky Spencer, who many fans of the series labelled "controlling". Their marriage ended by the pair remained friends after their time on the show.
Marilyse responded to the backlash over Franky's behaviour, telling The Express : " The reaction from the public was just insane, I was receiving messages after messages from women on Instagram saying to me like 'please leave him' and 'my ex was like this' and it was really awful, to be honest.
"I appreciate the women who cared about the situation but at the same time, I did feel really, really bad for Franky. He's a really harmless guy and it was edited for him to look the way he looked."
