Married At First Sight's Jessika Power apologised for "inflicting pain" on Mick Gould and Tamara Joy during the 2019 series.
At the time, the reality star had no qualms sneaking around with charming Dan Webb behind her husband Mick and Tamara's backs.
Heartbreaking scenes played out where Mick broke down in tears on learning his wife had secretly got together with Dan.
The controversial cheating scandal sent waves through the experiment when the couple went public with their love for each other and the experts let them continue as a couple.
It's been dragged back into the limelight as the series played out on screens for a British audience in the UK for the first time during the third national lockdown.
Now Jess expressed her regret at the "amount of pain" she had "inflicted" on her husband and Dan's wife.
She told Entertainment Daily : "Watching back my time on the show I really regret the amount of pain I inflicted on Mick and Tamara , the situation could have been handled so differently.
"I also had no sense of empathy or emotion and had my nose in everyone’s business."
Jess become something of a villain on Married At First Sight but she didn't blame it on a "bad edit".
She herself admitted now she finds it "hard watching" herself back.
The bombshell confessed she was left feeling "broken inside", given the way she was behaving towards others in the experiment.
"It’s really hard watching that Jess back because it’s so clear to me how broken I was inside, as a person to be that way towards others."
Jess and Dan confessed their love for one another after meeting just three weeks before.
But the couple weren't meant to last as their romance cooled off when they headed back into the outside world.
Previously, Jessika said she has had more than £30,000 of surgery following her TV appearance.
She went as far to say she may even be addicted to going under the knife, according to The Sun.
However, the TV sensation confessed her lips were "horrendous" after having lip filler ahead of her Married At First Sight Australia appearance.
She told the newspaper: "I can’t stop and think I’m addicted.
"I’ve always wanted bigger boobs but didn’t want silicone implants, and a doctor said he could take fat from my thighs and inject it in my chest. I went from a B-cup to a D-cup.
"Watching the show back my lips were horrendous and I can’t believe I went on TV looking like that."
