Amy Christophers has said she felt pressured into making the racy film she starred in before she found fame.
The Married At First Sight star, 34, worked as a glamour model years before starring in the E4 show and played a porn star in a sexual fantasy film.
Footage of the adult film, which was shot 11 years ago, resurfaced on a porn site after she married Joshua Christie on the programme.
Amy said the video "haunts" her and always pops up every now and again.
She said: "Making that video was a silly decision, but I was young and ill-advised. I felt pressured into it.

"It's something that's always haunted me. I didn't think it would ever be seen in the public domain."
But Amy admitted that there is a sense of relief that it is out there now and she doesn't have to worry about it leaking.
She added to The Sun: "Now it's out there I almost feel relieved. It's been like a dirty secret I've been keeping for ten years."
Amy reportedly used the name 'Brandy Brewer' and was often seen in group action scenes with other adult movie performers in the films.

One mock-horror film, Serial Kaller, which was shot when Amy was 23, showed her playing a porn star.
Another, which is still available, is called Brandy Brewer & Cara Brett in Hot Action.
A source told The Sun: "It was basically a soft 'girl girl' shoot but with some talking.
"When she was younger Amy didn't always think things through and was a bit naive. It has been something she has since always regretted."

Amy has hit out at the show for the way producers have edited her rows with Josh.
She claimed they are not "showing any context" with their arguments and making her look like the bad guy.
During one row, Amy snapped at Josh over a loaf of bread after their home stay was cancelled and they had to stay in London.
Amy was left gutted as they were meant to be going to Cornwall, but the trip was cancelled due to a lack of camera crew.

She told the Mirror: "They're not showing any context and then the bread thing... that was the day I just lost my rag with the whole process and I wanted to leave."
Amy continued: "I was told I was going to Cornwall so I was really excited to see my dog and my friends and family, and then last minute they didn't have enough camera people, so I was gutted and it was just a build up of everything for me personally that day, and it was just like my melt down day."
She added: "I just feel like I've been portrayed in a certain way and I'm really not like that. How you saw me on the final date, laughing and giggling, we're like two kids. Don't grow up, it's a trap. I want to stay young at heart forever."
