Married at First Sight is looking for singles to appear on their 2020 series.
The Channel 4 show, based on the Dutch series, sees six singles marry complete strangers in an extreme experiment, Grimsby Live explain.
The couples are matched by specialists including a spiritualist, a relationship coach and a sociologist, using “scientific matchmaking methods to determine each couple, who will not have met or had contact with each other until the wedding day”.
Camera document their relationships including their wedding day, honeymoon, and other relatable events of married life.
After several weeks, each couple must decide whether to remain together or go their separate ways.
A spokesperson said: “We’re looking for brave singles for a new series of Married at First Sight.
“In this unique relationship series about married life, a panel of matchmaking experts will be there to help you find the one.”
Applicants must be:
- Over 18 years old
- Living in the UK
- Feel ready for marriage
- Want experts to find them a match
