Marnie Simpson slams cosmetic surgery and says the 'fake look is out'

Marnie Simpson has vowed not to undergo any more cosmetic procedures weeks after welcoming her baby son to the world.

The Geordie Shore stare, 28, says she's completely changed her approach following her pregnancy and feels that the ‘fake look' beloved by reality stars is 'out’.

"'I wouldn't get surgery again. I think I'm past that," she told Closer Magazine.

Marnie, who has undergone botox, fillers, a nose job and a breast enlargement in the past, explained that becoming a mother has made her worry less about such beauty fads.

''All the stuff I used to worry about with my body is a bit irrelevant now," she explained.

''When you're growing a little human inside you, it's like, 'Wow, this is what my body is for."

The Northern lass also suggested that the beauty industry is shifting away from fake anyway.

She went on to point out: ''I also think the fake look is going out of fashion.

"Big lips are getting old. I like the natural look.''

Although she has undergone surgery since coming into the limelight, when she first appeared on Geordie Shore Marnie bragged that she was different to the rest of the cast because she was a 'natural beauty.'

During her first episode on the show, Marnie told viewers: “I'm a natural beauty… real boobs, real hair."

But it wasn't long before the star started tinkering with her appearance.

At one point, she opened up about her botched boob job where she 'oozed green pus' (Channel 5)

After quitting the raucous reality show, Marnie announced she was first to become a first time mum after fearing her parting had left her infertile.

She shares her four-month-old son Rox with long term boyfriend Casey Johnson.

Although the new mum parents appear are revelling in their new roles, Marnie has made no secret of her difficult pregnancy and her traumatic 28-hour labour.

She also reportedly lost two pints of blood and had to have transfusions during the painful birth.

Since then, Marnie has showed off a stunning post-baby figure as she appeared to naturally slim down to a tiny size 8.
