Marks & Spencer has dropped a dupe of the Ugg mini boot and they cost £100 less

There’s a definite chill in the air, and we don’t know about you, but the first thing to feel the cold is our poor feet.

Whether you love them or hate them, it seems the UGG trend is here to stay for winter - and we’re definitely not sad about it.

Although new designs have been added to the range of cosy winter boots, such as the much-loved £135 ultra mini’s, and the new £95 Tasman suede slippers which influencers are wearing as shoes - one thing that’s remained consistent is the price - and they don’t come cheap.

Like all trending TikTok and Instagram items, it doesn’t surprise us to see retailers dropping dupes of the famous boots, and shoppers are rushing to buy Marks & Spencer’s £39.50 affordable suede boots, which look strikingly similar to UGG’s £155 classic mini boot.

The under £40 boots from M&S are made from a satin-resistant material, featuring a cosy faux fur lining - perfect for warming your feet up during the cold winter months.

As well as wearing them out and about, they're also ideal for wearing as slippers around the house to avoid popping that heating on as bills continue to rise.

The boots come in two colours too, including the classic chestnut colour and grey. In terms of sizing, they're available in a UK 3-8 - however, the UK 9 in both colours are sold out - so you better act fast if you want to get yourself a pair.

Since launching online, the winter boots have proven to be extremely popular amongst savvy shoppers, amassing over 200 five star reviews, with customers calling them “warm and cosy” and “perfect for winter.”

One shopper, who left a glowing review said: “This is the 2nd pair I've bought for my daughter and she loves them. Cosy and comfortable slipper boots to wear inside and out.”

A second customer wrote: “I bought these to use as house slippers, not for outside wear (except for just briefly nipping out to the dustbins). Snug fitting due to the fur lining but this just ensures your tootsies keep nice and warm.”

While a third said: “I bought these slipper boots in preparation for the colder months and the hike in gas/electricity prices. They are well made and will be warm and comfortable to wear around the house with fleece joggers and an oversized jumper.”

So, if you don't want to fork out a fortune on the pricey UGG boots, these dupes are just as good, but for a fraction of the price. Grab a pair here whilst they're still in stock!
