Marks and Spencer shoppers say 'stunning' bedding is 'their idea of perfection'

Marks & Spencer shoppers have left high praise for a "beautiful" range of products which give their home a "designer look at an affordable price".

The retailer has collaborated with eclectic homeware and furniture brand Fired Earth for the stylish collection, which features earthy tones and Moroccan-inspired embroidery patterns. M&S gave shoppers a look at the matching bedding options available in the range over on Instagram, modelled by ad partner The Old Cottage, where it was branded "stunning", "gorgeous" and "divine" in the comments section.

"Now this is my idea of perfection," one person said, while someone else remarked: "This bedding is beautiful!" Another fan commented on the collection: "This is beautiful embroidery on the bedding. The colours are gorgeous as well."

The Instagram clip features the Fired Earth Acapulco Amaya Pure Cotton Bedding Set, priced between £79 and £109 depending on which size you need from single to super king. Sporting an embroidered design inspired by Mexican coastal colours, the set has a five-star review from one M&S shopper who said: "This bedding set is beautiful and washes really well!"

Ochre cotton pillowcases can also be spotted in the set-up, which cost £15 for a pack of two on the M&S website and are also available in eight other colours including white, blue, green and navy. The same colours can be found in the Fired Earth collection for fitted sheets, duvet covers and square pillow cases to get a full matching set for your bedroom.

However, the pillow cases received mixed reviews from shoppers, with some not happy with the "very thin" material as one person said they "looked cheap" and others said they found the cases ended up appearing "faded" and "creased" after a wash. But others gave them five-star reviews - one customer wrote: "Great quality, fabric very soft and very nice colour," while someone else called them "perfect".

Elsewhere in the Instagram post was the Marrakech Collection Sofia Cushion, priced at £35, which comes in earthy green with am embroidered pattern and tassel detailing. The cushion has several five-star reviews from M&S shoppers, who praised it as "beautiful", "just perfect" and "amazing quality".

A throw is available in the Fired Earth range too, which you can also glimpse in the Instagram video - the Casablanca Collection Belvedere Throw costs £39.50 and comes in either chalky grey or navy blue. One shopper said it gave their home a "designer look at an affordable price", while others called it "gorgeous", "beautiful" and "stylish".

There are nearly 100 items in the Fired Earth range on the M&S website, from smaller homeware items like towels, bedding and cushions to furniture including sofas, beds and tables.
