Marks and Spencer shoppers besotted after spotting 'jumpsuit of dreams' online

Marks and Spencer shoppers were besotted after spotting a "lush" jumpsuit online.

Marks and Spencer Food Halls remain open during lockdown and people are permitted to go shopping when needing to stock up on essential items. Other M&S items are available via the website for delivery or click and collect.

Like many retailers, the high-street favourite has maintained a connection with shoppers through social media.

Taking to Instagram, M&S shared a photo of one of its "insiders" wearing a khaki utility jumpsuit.

Of the image, Marks and Spencer penned: "The jumpsuit of dreams just landed online and you’re going to want it for your post-lockdown wardrobe. @marksandspencer_robyn."

The photo received more than 3,000 likes and impressed shoppers shared their thoughts in the comments section.

Hayley said: "That's lush!!!"

Caroline said: "Ooh I love this so much!"

Alex commented: "Oh my yes!!!"

Mairi wrote: "Love this."

Carol added: "Gorgeous."

But some shoppers were less than keen. Karen commented: "Doesn't do anything for me I'm afraid."

Retail stores remain closed due to ongoing lockdown restrictions introduced in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic but Prime Minister Boris Johnson last month confirmed non-essential retailers such as clothing and homeware stores, betting shops, electronics stores and more could begin to reopen, provisionally, from April 12.
