A traditional Hogmanay dish has been given a serious twist by Marks and Spencer this year - and we think that we can get onboard with it as the supermarket giant has taken the classic meal and turned it into a pizza.
M&S Food’s new delicious Hogmanay trea t is topped with creamy bechamel sauce, mozzarella and crumbled haggis and finished with traditional roast potato and swede.
And this isn't just regular pizza dough - cue the Marks and Spencers seductive advert soundtrack - this hand-stretched dough is proofed for 65 minutes before being topped with oil and dusted in semolina to create a golden colour.
It is then baked on Italian volcanic lava stones in a brick kiln oven - yes, really!
It's a genius way to combine a classic Scottish meal with a party favourite, keeping everyone full and happy this New Year's Eve.
The distinctly Scottish pizza is on the aisles of M&S now. It's priced at just £4.25 on its own or you can buy it as part of a £10 meal deal, which includes two pizzas and two sides.
