Marks and Spencer launch new £15 sparkly elderflower gin liqueur - in stores now

We’re always on the look out for the next best alcoholic drink or liqueur to feature as a centrepiece on our drinks cabinet and Marks and Spencer 's have just created the thing we’ve been looking for.

Marks and Spencer have now launched a brand new elderflower gin liqueur with a difference - it contains glittery particles that are sure to wow and delight guests at your post-lockdown party.

The elderflower gin liqueur glitter globe is priced at £15. The limited-edition liqueur is a refreshing blend of gin and elderflower, with 23 carat gold leaf for a delicious, shimmering summer spirit.

Yes, we can always rely on M&S to put the fun into our drinks trolly with a touch of magic and sparkle.

It can be enjoyed on the rocks, with soda and mint, or mix up our fantastic glittery “We’re all gin this together” cocktail.

But that’s not all - M&S have also launched a shining bottle of prosecco which sounds delicious.

Priced at £10, this prosecco comes in a shining silver bottle and contains delicate golden bubbles. The Conte Priuli Prosecco will add a welcome sparkle to summer aperitifs. With notes of green fruit and citrus, simply serve chilled, or try with a dash of elderflower gin liqueur as a simple cocktail.

Both of these show-stopping products launch into M&S stores on the 12th May so grab them whilst you can. To find your nearest and opening times, why not use the store locator.

For the “We’re all gin this together” M&S cocktail:

  • 25ml Elderflower gin liqueur
  • 150ml-200ml Prosecco

Mix the two into a glass, pre-chill to keep your drink cool and add raspberries to garnish. Sounds delish.

And that’s not all that M&S has launched recently. To make sure those who are self-isolating still have a birthday to remember, you can now order and send a friend a cake from their website along with a whole host of other incredible gifts.

The cake that caught our eye was obviously Colin the Caterpillar. Priced at £20, you don’t only get a cake at this price but a foil balloon, vegetarian jellied sweets and a swish M&S tote bag - which you’ll be able to use over and over again.

M&S Foodhalls are currently still open. They have daily deliveries from fantastic suppliers, and are re-stocking the shelves throughout the day, so customers can stagger their shopping trips.

To help keep all our customers and colleagues well, M&S stores have implemented additional social distancing measures.
