Buying food has been much harder since the UK was put into lockdown to fight the spread of coronavirus.
Which is why a number of supermarkets have put together essential food boxes for shoppers to order online - including Marks & Spencer.
The chain has just added a new 'gluten free' option to its range of food boxes, just in time for Coeliac Awareness Week (May 9-15).
The Made Without Wheat Essentials Box is specially created for those who have a gluten or wheat intolerance and aren't able to leave the house to buy what they need from a supermarket.
Each box is filled a selection of M&S’s most popular gluten-free products, including breakfast cereals, spaghetti, bread loaves, afternoon snacks and even flour. Shoppers can order it directly to their door for £25 online at marksandspencer.com.
Other food boxes sold by the supermarket include a Fresh Seasonal Fruit Box (£20), two Seasonal Vegetable Boxes (from £15) and more recently a 100% British Meat Box (£45).
M&S say on their website: "Whether to send to a loved one or to replenish your store-cupboards, discover our range of M&S Food Boxes, which are filled with kitchen essentials like pasta and sauces, plus a few sweet treats, including shortbread and Percy Pigs.
The supermarket giant is continuing to offer daily deliveries during the Covid-19 pandemic and re-stocking store shelves throughout the day, so customers can stagger their supermarket trips.

Meanwhile, Morrisons is also offering essential food boxes that can be ordered online and delivered to your door.
These include a BBQ Food Box and gluten free box - which are both priced at £35 each.
