Marks and Spencer issues snow globe liqueur update following 'unprecedented demand'

Marks and Spencer 's festive drink collection always goes above and beyond.

The retailer's famous Clementine Gin Liqueur Snow Globe, which lights up and includes edible 23-carat gold leaf, proves a smash hit year after year, with many struggling to get their hands on it for Christmas gifting.

So much so M&S decided to add new liqueurs to the snow globe collection for 2021, including a magnum Blood Orange Light Up Snow Globe Gin Liqueur, which also sings music and a Madagascan Vanilla Rum Liqueur Snow Globe.

And if you thought nothing would be as popular as the Clementine Gin Liqueur then think again, as M&S has warned the Madagascan Vanilla Rum Liqueur Snow Globe is running very low on stock.

In an update on their social media pages, M&S said: "DING DING! Important Snow Globe Update! Due to unprecedented demand, our Madagascan Vanilla Rum Liqueur Snow Globe has flown off the shelves, and we are down to our LAST REMAINING bottles in stores.

"If you have your heart set one for a Christmas gift (or may have 'tested' one already purchased as a gift…) get yourself to an M&S store ASAP and grab one before they are gone! (other members of the Snow Globe family still available, for now…)"

"Glad I got one this week, it's delicious!" wrote one shopper, while another teased: "Better get some more in then!"

The M&S Madagascan Vanilla Rum Light Up Snow Globe Liqueur 70cl costs £20.

A description of it reads: " Shake up some festive sparkle with our Madagascan vanilla flavoured rum liqueur snow globe.

"This liqueur contains edible gold leaf which creates a magical winter scene when you shake the bottle, making for an unforgettable gift."
