Mark Wright reunited with James Argent to dance the night away at a wild Bank Holiday Sunday party.
The 34-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex star was joined by 33-year-old Arg and a small army of other friends as they enjoyed live music and a DJ performance.
Wrighty might be glad he lives far from any neighbours as the celebrations were raucous and loudly boomed up into the night sky as a number of men vigorously beat drums.
A DJ played a range of classic pop and dance tunes including Calvin Harris and John Newman’s hit Blame, and Little Nikki feat DJ SKT’s Right Before My Eyes.
Arg looked in high spirits as he danced in the garden while wearing an all grey outfit.
The reality star has been celebrating his recent weight loss – having dropped 4 stone after undergoing a gastric bypass surgical procedure to remove part of his stomach.
The ex-Towie star went to the extreme measure after reaching 27 stone in weight and finding he couldn’t even look at himself in the mirror.
He told Channel 4 last week: “It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror.
“It felt depressing and it just wasn’t me. Now I’m starting to feel like myself again and I’m excited about what the future is going to bring.”
James offered an update on his weight-loss progress.
He said: “I’m four stone lighter now. It’s a really good start. Four stone out of 11 or 12 might seem like a drop in the ocean but I’m pleased I’ve made progress already.
“I feel so much happier already, I feel healthier already, I’m lighter on my toes, I’m more confident. I’m really loving life at the moment.”
Arg has also previously mentioned he hopes to enlist the help of fellow reality star Mark to get himself in shape.
The star has set the goal of losing 6 stone in time for Christmas.
A friend of Arg said this month: "It’s a lot but he’s determined to do it because he is feeling so much healthier following his operation.
“He has been getting a lot of support especially from Mark who has been offering him advice and sharing exercise tips.
“He’s said to James he can join him over the gym anytime he likes, and James plans to take him up on the offer soon.”
