Mark Wright hangs up on Piers Morgan as presenter taunts him for charity game penalty miss

Piers Morgan's constant taunting of Mark Wight on GMB over a charity football game saw the former TOWIE star angrily hang up on the presenter during a live interview.

Morgan had been goading him throughout their exchange after Mark joined fellow celebrities and played for the England team as part of Unicef's Soccer Aid on Sunday.

His team lost to Piers' World team on penalties with the unfortunate Mark missing a vital spot kick.

And the TV presenter couldn't contain his glee during today's show.

Reality star Mark was on GMB speaking about the night before, and got angrier and angrier as Piers baited him -  reports Mirror Online.

Gushing about Mark's performance in the match, Susanna said: "A terrific game, Mark. You played an absolute blinder, I'm so proud of you and the rest of the team."

Piers said: "You did play a blinder. Because only a blind man would have missed the goal by that much."

In response, Mark waved at the camera and said: "Goodbye! Goodbye!" before he cancelled the videolink as Piers continued to laugh.

Piers was in unbearable form today as he continued to crow about his win.

As well as branding Susanna a "snowflake manager", he kept showing off his trophy while 'We are the champions' chimed in the background.

The presenter also tweeted a picture of himself being thrown up in the air by his team and wrote: "Greatest night of my life. @socceraid."
