Mark Wright brags about telling pals Giovanna Fletcher would win I'm A Celebrity

Mark Wright took to Twitter to brag he predicted Giovanna Fletcher would win I'm A Celebrity.

The TOWIE star, 33, took to Twitter to share a screengrab of a WhatsApp group chat, showing him urging his pals in November to vote for Giovanna after telling she would win.

But shortly after he deleted the message about Giovanna, who is the sister of his former TOWIE love rival Mario Falcone.

On the chat one of Mark's pals said: "What is Mario Falcone's sister doing on it?"

Mark responded: "Bet on her right now."

Mark and Mario fought for the affections of Lucy Mecklenburgh in a central storyline on TOWIE in 2011.

Giovanna was named the first even Queen of the Castle on I'm A Celeb on Friday.

Mark shared the screenshot from a WhatsApp group entitled 'The Boys', after the show aired.

He wrote with the screengrab: "So I'm A Celebrity launched Nov 15th. On that night at the start of the show, I told my mates the below...

"I guess the winner nearly every year. If you want easy money next year, come to me. At one point she was 20/1. I still knew!! Well done to the deserved winner Giovanna."

Mark's tweet disappeared shortly after he congratulated his friend Vernon Kay who finished third on the show.

He wrote: "Well done Vernon mate. You absolutely smashed it !! Always knew you would. The nice guys always shine in this show as there is no where to hide. You were YOU from the start to finish. Look forward to having a pint soon."

Last month before the show aired, Marked warned the I'm A Celebrity campmates that the show would be the 'most boring four weeks of their life'.

Mark said being away from family and friends for a whole month feels like forever.

Although he claimed it's the "most adventurous" thing he has done, he insists it isn't as good as it seemed from the outside.

He said on Shopping With Keith Lemon: "I think the most adventurous thing I've ever done is taking part in the jungle, I'm A Celebrity, jumping out of a plane, eating stupid insects.

"Once you leave you say, 'wow', on the other hand, it's the most boring four weeks of your life. One day feels like a month."
