Mark Richt announces return to work following heart attack

Good news from former UGA and Miami Hurricanes head coach Mark Richt: Richt will be returning to work this week. Richt suffered a heart attack a couple of weeks ago. Richt has stayed true to himself throughout the trying times following his unfortunate heart attack.

Yesterday, Richt will announced he’d return to work for the ACC Network:

I am excited to be back at work this weekend. Our ACCNETWORK studio will be in Raleigh NC. We will be there to cover the Duke versus Notre Dame football game and the rest of the ACC action. See you there!!

Richt is one of the greatest coaches in Georgia Bulldogs’ history and is all about faith, family, and football. It’s good to see him returning to covering one of the things he loves. Richt has an excellent support system:
