Mark Labbett flaunted his impressive weight loss on a new series of The Chase today.
In 2003, Mark, 56, tipped the scales at 29 stone, but after shedding the pounds, he now weighs in at an impressive 19 stone.
He said he was on the verge of being put on blood pressure tablets before changing his lifestyle.

Mark said he hoped to 'squeeze into' size XL trousers having revamped his diet and exercise habits.
And his recent weight loss was noticeable on today's new series of The Chase.
The Beast looked dapper in a smart black suit as he took on contestants Lesley, Ellie, Rob and James.
His appearance led fans to comment on social media, with many complimenting Mark.
Suze tweeted: "Looks like The Beast has lost a lot of weight."
Karen wrote: "Is the Beast losing weight?"
And Scott said: "@MarkLabbett looking very well and healthy Mr, well done on weight loss."
Discussing his jaw-dropping transformation in March on Loose Women, Mark said: "I gradually dropped X's off my size.
"I went from 5XL to 4XL and it looks like the next time I go shopping I'll be able to squeeze into XL pants.
"Small things but important things."
He added: "I've been mostly about 25 [stone] to 26, up until lockdown and the weight has just fallen off."
