A strong 13-6 start to their season has the Oklahoma City Thunder well-represented in this first batch of monthly awards.
Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault was nominated for Western Conference Coach of the Month for October and November. Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch won the award.
This news come on the same day that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was nominated for Western Conference Player of the Month and Chet Holmgren won Western Conference Rookie of the Month.

Daigneault — who is in his fourth season as head coach — is coming off a breakout season last year where he finished No. 2 in Coach of the Year. He is also coming off of a multi-year extension he signed this past offseason.
