Celtic target Mario Vuskovic is adamant that he is only focusing on playing for Hajduk Split despite the Hoops' interest in a £4.5 million transfer.
Central defender Vuskovic netted for his Croatian club in 4-0 friendly win over Polish club Slask Wrocław in their training camp in Slovenia.
But despite the speculation that Vuskovic is set to become Ange Postecoglou 's first major signing for Celtic, the 19-year-old pledged to give his all to his current team despite significant interest from the Premiership side.
He said: "I think we are getting better with each game. The young players we had were excellent.
"We played a pretty good game, dominated for 90 minutes, scored four goals and kept a clean sheet.
"I think it's just important that we keep progressing in terms of fitness and game time. It really was a top level performance and we just need to continue like this once the season starts.
"What I like about our team is that we have a winning mentality - we are not afraid of anyone.
"The pre-season campaign is really going well and it will be important to hit the ground running when the league season starts."
