Marine and offshore energy-focused logistics company ASCO has appointed Gary Paver as its new group financial officer.
The chartered accountant moves from KCA Deutag where he spent nearly 10 years, most recently as senior vice president for finance. He has more than 25 years experience snd previously worked for Halliburton and its subsidiary Petroleum Engineering Services.
Paver said: “I am proud to be joining a company that is leading the way in its field. ASCO has an exceptional reputation and I believe is in a fantastic position to maximise this within existing and new markets.
“I have gained considerable experience during my career, driving business strategy and direction, and I am very much looking forward to working with the management team and making a positive contribution to ASCO’s strategic objectives, as they continually strengthen their leading position within the energy market."
