Marina Granovskaia and Chelsea told how much it will cost to sign Man United target Jadon Sancho

Borussia Dortmund have demanded that nothing less than their reported €130 million (£116m) asking price will be enough to sign Jadon Sancho amid Chelsea and Manchester United links.

Sancho has entered the last two years of his deal and it's believed he wants to leave the German club.

United are long-time admirers of the forward and have him on their transfer wish list this summer, while Chelsea have been heavily linked with the 20-year-old as well.

Sancho is eager to move to a Champions League outfit, though, so both United and Chelsea would need to land European qualification before any deal could be discussed extensively.

Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has now offered an update on Sancho's future, explaining that the Bundesliga club's price expectations would have to be met for the England star to leave Germany.

"Jadon has a valid contract with us and we would be very happy if he is still with us next season," Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc told Waz. "To think about anything else at all, the timing would have to be right, and secondly, our price expectations would have to be met 100 per cent."

Whilst Zorc's comments seem like a rebuttal of the idea that Sancho could leave for pastures new, chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke offered up much more revealing thoughts about a potential sale when he spoke earlier this season.

He previously admitted: "Jadon is a great, great talent, maybe the greatest talent in Europe currently of players under the age of 21.

"In my opinion, he has the potential to become one of the two or three best players in the world in the years to come.

"We are going to do our best to hold on to him for as long as possible. We have a very good relationship with him.

"But if one day he comes to us and says that he wants to leave the club, then we'll discuss it. But that is not our primary option. The primary option is to keep him for as long as possible."
