Chelsea fans have been reacting to reports linking the club with a move for Bayern Munich star David Alaba.
Alaba is in the final year of his current contract with the German giants - and will be free to speak to other clubs from January if he does not sign a new deal.
The versatile 28-year-old, who plays primarily as a defender, has been with Bayern for 12 years and won nine Bundesliga titles, along with two Champions League crowns.
But he is now being tipped to seek a fresh challenge elsewhere and leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the season.
He can sign a pre-contract agreement with another club in the new year and, according to Bild's Christian Falk, Chelsea are due to hold talks with the player's agent, Pini Zahavi, in January.
The Blues faithful seem largely excited about the possibility of seeing Alaba at Stamford Bridge - with some sending a message to club director and transfer negotiator Marina Granovskaia.
