Marie may not wear a cape but she is a superhero to grandson Robbie

“She really is a super-gran”

That is how Stefanie Louise Hill describes her mother-in-law Marie Brown, who is this week’s Say It With Flowers winner.

Stefanie nominated Marie on behalf of her two-year-old son, Robbie.

Marie has had a tough time but ever since the birth of her grandson Robbie she has had a new burst of life.

Stefanie said: “Marie has been there for us since the birth of Robbie and we could not be more grateful.

“I started my own beauty business and work long, hard hours and she has been so accommodating and always looks after him when we need her to.”

Marie had a lot of mental health issues but Stefanie explained that she is a new woman now Robbie is in her life.

“Robbie has given her something to live for. She takes him to all his clubs and looks after him so well.

“She’s rescheduled appointments etc just so we could go to work. She is always there for everyone and always puts everyone else before herself.

“She has had a lot of bad people in her life so to see her happy is amazing.”

We delivered the stunning bouquet to Marie – courtesy of Newmains florist Pixie’s Petals – to their home in Wishaw last week.

Stefanie added: “She deserves all the recognition in the world.

“She really has been the best gran ever.”
