Marian Shved 'to be offered Celtic loan exit' as forgotten winger sets out transfer stance

Celtic outcast Marian Shved is reportedly set to be offered the chance to reboot his career back in Ukraine.

Reports in the winger's homeland claim Oleksandriya want to sign him on-loan once football restarts.

Shved has made just three appearances for Neil Lennon 's side since his £2million move in summer 2019, one of Brendan Rodgers ' last signings before his departure.

A five minute cameo appearance against Clyde in the Scottish Cup this year was his first sighting in the Hoops since October and he's failed to make any kind of impression.

Last month, he admitted he had struggled to get a game at Celtic because his team mates were too good and he accepted his position as a fringe player.

But three clubs in Ukraine had expressed an interest in the 22-year-old before football was shutdown and they want to land him on loan for their season.

Leading the chase are ambitious Oleksandriya, who finished third in the league last season and are pushing to try and win their first ever title.

However, all transfers are on hold now and Shved has indicated to his homeland media that he would prefer to stay in Glasgow and fight for his place.
