Marcus Rashford insists he would be open to a move abroad at some point in the future and that Real Madrid or Barcelona would be his preferred destination.
The Manchester United striker has stormed through the ranks at Old Trafford and is considered one of the best young players in the Premier League.
He remains an integral part of the club's long-term plans but the 23-year-old has not ruled out the possibility of testing himself in another league at some point later down the line, specifically with La Liga's big two.
Asked if he would ever consider playing elsewhere in Europe, Rashford told The Guardian : “I would never say no.
“Other than United? I’m a big fan of Real Madrid and Barcelona, because they’ve always had great players and played attractive football.
“Everybody watches Real Madrid and Barcelona.”

Rashford also revealed he plans to learn Spanish and Italian to better his relationships with his teammates and immerse himself in different cultures when he travels to these countries.
He added: "When I was growing up, learning a language wasn’t deemed important in school.
"There wasn’t that expectation on you.
"Football has given me the opportunity to travel to different countries, and you have certain countries you like and want to learn more about, and learning a language is definitely a part of that.”
Rashford spoke at length about the release of his new book 'You Are a Champion: How to Be the Best You Can Be' which comes out on May 25.
