Marcus Rashford has responded to Erik ten Hag in the best way possible after the Manchester United manager instructed his squad to air their grievances earlier in the season.
The Red Devils lost their opening two Premier League matches against Brighton and Brentford in a nightmare start for the new boss, who called for a team meeting to plan how the club were going to turn things around.
In the two-hour long meeting, Ten Hag discussed his ideas for United, explained how he is going to get them up and running and reiterated that he has the full backing of the Red Devils' board to help him and the squad on their mission.
Ten Hag then called upon his Man United players to air any grievances so that they can collectively begin looking for solutions to the internal problems.
One player who reportedly spoke up in the meeting was Rashford, who admitted he was disappointed that the Dutchman played him out on the left in United's opening two fixtures.
Rashford argued to Ten Hag that he'd been promised he would be played as a number nine for United, especially as Anthony Martial had been sidelined with an injury.
Ten Hag reportedly conceded that Rashford was right and the Dutchman agreed to play him as a centre-forward from then on.
The manager stuck to his word and it's safe to say Rashford has responded in sensational fashion to Ten Hag's show of faith.

Rashford has netted three in four in United's following matches from the position, with the winner against bitter rivals Liverpool - the Red Devils' first victory of the season - and a brace against Arsenal.
Ian Wright is just one pundit who has had plenty of positive things to say about Rashford following United's win over Arsenal.
He said on the Ringer FC podcast: "I was really pleased for Rashford because – it was the same as the Liverpool game – he's another one of those players that everything he does is quite defining. If he misses that [first goal], it goes to that place of real negativity again.

"But what I've seen from him up until this point, especially with the last two goals he's scored, is somebody that thinks 'If I'm going through, I'm scoring'. Looking at Manchester United, in the current climate, you don't want those players to get confidence.
"But Rashford looks reborn, he's putting the pot on the fire because he's ready to cook. In that instance [running through on goal], he looks unstoppable. The only thing that is going to stop him is if the pass isn’t good enough, or his touch isn't good enough.
"Both of the finishes got a little clip off somebody, but he's getting the luck now. With his pace, he is f****** dangerous. I can't complain about that because Arsenal went there with the right attitude."
