Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford may still only be young but he knows what a perfect player looks like after his experiences in the last few years with the Red Devils.
Rashford was tasked with coming up with names of players past and present in a recent interview with BT Sport as he aimed to describe the perfect player combining the attributes of some of the game's best known stars.
Three United greats came up in the discussion as Rashford highlighted Paul Scholes' vision during his United days, the leadership that Wayne Rooney brought to the table and Gary Neville's mentality.
Scholes, Rooney and Neville joined an illustrious list of names to make up Rashford's perfect player, with Neymar, N'Golo Kante and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang also getting the nod for their skillfulness, workrate and speed respectively.
"For the leadership I would have to say Rooney," Rashford told BT Sport. "In games that were not going too well he would score a goal or make a tackle or a pass and it would lift everyone and the fans."
On Scholes, Rashford explained: "Even when he did the most simple things he was great and that was because he was always two or three steps ahead of everyone else. Sometimes the simplest things can be the hardest in football."
On Neville, Rashford added: "You either have it or you don't (the right mentality). It's difficult to pick it up if you don't have it when you're young. He wasn't the best at his age group growing up but he got himself to the top."
