Marcus Rashford believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's long-term plan' for Manchester United sets him apart from the other managers he has worked under at the club.
United have showcased their talents under the Norwegian manager and started his reign in phenomenal fashion when he was appointed caretaker manager last December.
Form has slipped since the club great got the job on a permanent basis, however Rashford has no doubts about his 'phenomenal' impact at the club.
"Right now, everyone is confident in the manager for one," Rashford told Football Focus.
"We might not be doing what he is telling us to perfection yet, but the initial response to his tactics, his training has been phenomenal.
"For me (he brings) a plan. It is not a plan for just this season, or a plan for just the next game. It is a plan for years.
"I think they (managers) need to be backed. In the position we are in now we don't need this rotation of managers, because you never settle."
When pressed on the specific differences between Solskjaer and predecessor Jose Mourinho, the England international suggested that the current manager's own experience as a top player give him a better understanding of his squad.
Rashford added: "He is very different, but I think it is expected because he played. Off the pitch he understands the players a bit more.
"I don't think it was a problem for him, because he is obviously a top manager, and he has his way of reading people.
"But, for me when a manager has played they have lived the lifestyle we have lived, and they might be a bit more understanding."
