Marco Silva insists Richarlison will not suffer from burnout this year despite a prolonged season.
The Brazilian forward lifted the Copa America on July 7 to bring the curtain down on a near 11 month campaign.
Richarlison is due back at Finch Farm to begin pre-season training next Monday and Silva says the Everton staff have ensured the 21-year-old will be fully refreshed in time for the start of the new Premier League campaign.
The Blues' joint-top scorer faded during the second-half of his debut season in England with Watford after playing around 60 games for club and country in 2017.
Richarlison is on course to have played close to 50 games by the end of 2019 but Silva believes there won't be a repeat of past issues.
“We have given him enough holidays,” he said.
“It was really important to us as a technical staff to give him enough days to rest because he had a really tough Premier League season and then he went to national team, played and then had that problem in the competition.
“So it is important to give him enough days, just like the others. Like Dominic, even if he didn't play as many games during this pre-season but last season he started with a back problem.
"Mina also, it is important they have enough days to rest, clear their minds and come again with the right motivation.
"Richarlison will be in perfect conditions to play.”
