Marcelo Bielsa springs surprises as he makes three changes to Leeds United's starting XI

Marcelo Bielsa has made three changes for Leeds United's trip to Southampton tonight, recalling his skipper Liam Cooper to the starting XI.

Leeds are on the south coast for a 6pm kick-off tonight, with Kiko Casilla, Liam Cooper and Rodrigo all coming into the starting line-up as the Whites boss rings in the changes following Saturday's 4-0 win at Burnley.

Illan Meslier and Pascal Struijk drop to the bench, while Mateusz Klich misses out after being handed early end-of-season leave by Bielsa.

Casilla makes just his second start of the Premeir League season and with Southampton preferring a two-man strike force, we are likely to see three at the back for Leeds, with Luke Ayling, Diego Llorente and Liam Cooper playing as centre-backs.

Gjanni Alioski and Stuart Dallas will then play wide, either side of Kalvin Phillips, with Rodrigo in front of him, occupying the role Klich played at Burnley.

Jack Harrison and Raphinha will again be on the flanks, with top scorer Patrick Bamford leading the line, maintaining his record of having started every Premier League match for Leeds this season.

Leeds know that one win in their final two matches this season will be enough to secure a top-half finish, with West Bromwich Albion the visitors to Elland Road on Sunday.

Leeds United: Casilla, Ayling, Cooper, Llorente, Alioski, Phillips, Dallas, Harrison, Rodrigo, Raphinha, Bamford

Subs: Meslier, Struijk, Davis, Berardi, Shackleton, Jenkins, Roberts, Hernandez, Poveda
