Marcelo Bielsa has expressed his love of Leeds United fans in a fresh letter to a young supporter.
The Whites boss is well-known for responding to fan mail he receives at Thorp Arch and he has now taken the time to respond to another supporter.
Twitter user and Leeds fan Wards has revealed Bielsa replied to a letter sent by his son, thanking the Whites manager for his work in securing promotion in 2020 and wishing the Argentine a Happy New Year.
Posting an image of Bielsa's reply, Wards said: "What a man. Bielsa's response to my son's thank you and HNY letter."
In the letter, Bielsa stresses to the fan that supporters are the only part of a football club that cannot be replaced.
He wrote: "Thank you very much for the letter and the beautiful photos you sent me.
"I am happy to know that you like the work that all of us who are part of the great Leeds United family do, of which you are the only irreplaceable: the fans.
"I hope you continue to support the team. We will need your company in this challenging season for us."
His letter prompted a similarly warm response from Leeds fans.
"Ah what a wonderful man," one commented. "We are so lucky."
Another added: "He's a lovely caring man."
A third fan said: "What a legend."
It is not the first time that Bielsa has responded to a fans' letter to him, with the 65-year-old delighting the family of a disabled supporter that had written to him in October.
Bielsa replied, thanking the fan for their message and enclosing a signed shirt.
