Lucas Radebe has hailed Marcelo Bielsa as 'god' after he led Leeds United back to the Premier League.
The Whites are busy preparing for their return to the top flight and Radebe is confident that they will be able to make a splash in the Premier League.
Former Whites defender Radebe says the way Bielsa has transformed the club in the two years since he arrived at Elland Road.
Speaking to ESPN, Radebe said he was amazed that Leeds managed to secure Bielsa's services so easily.
Radebe said: "He is respected throughout football.
"He is one of those managers of character. To be honest, he turned things around.
"The players that played before him, who were just ordinary at best, are very good players for the Premier League this season, which is unbelievable.
"Getting Marcelo Bielsa was unbelievable, because you could have linked him with Manchester United, Chelsea or Arsenal.
"But him coming to Leeds meant that there was a dream to be realised. Now, he has turned the club around. He's God. He's the Special One."
He added: "He's shown that he is a different type of manager.
"To take the players in his first season and make them pick up papers and rubbish around the training ground, that's character."
The South African also sent a message to the current Leeds squad, telling them it is their time to leave a legacy at the Whites.
"Where you are is because of the people that have carried you," he said.
"The fans, the families -- your family. The name at the back of your shirt.
"You are the only person that can bring the pride of your surname, and you can impact, because each and every individual is different.
"It doesn't matter where you come from, because we all come from different backgrounds, but you have something to contribute that will forever leave a legacy."
