Marcelo Bielsa given double injury boost as he confirms Leeds United starting XI to face Stoke City

Marcelo Bielsa has made two changes to his Leeds United side for tonight's match against Stoke City as the Whites look to reclaim their place at the top of the Championship table.

Stuart Dallas and Helder Costa are back from injury and return to the starting XI in place of Barry Douglas and Gjanni Alioski who deputised in Saturday's 3-1 win over Blackburn Rovers.

They are the only two changes to the side, which means Illan Meslier continues on goal, with a back-four of Luke Ayling, Ben White, Liam Cooper and Dallas.

Kalvin Phillips and Mateusz Klich take up their usual roles in midfield, with Tyler Roberts also continuing in a central position.

Jack Harrison and Costa provide the width, while Patrick Bamford again leads the line.

Douglas and Alioski, who both impressed at Ewood Park at the weekend both return to the bench, with Robbie Gotts and Leif Davis dropping out of the matchday squad.

Leeds go into the match second in the table, two points behind West Brom following the Baggies win over Derby County last night. In-form Brentford are three points off Bielsa's side in third.

Leeds United: Meslier, Ayling, White, Cooper, Dallas, Phillips, Klich, Harrison, Costa, Roberts, Bamford

Subs: Miazek, Beradi, Doulgas, Struijk, Stevens, Shackleton, Alioski, Poveda, Hernandez
